The Location
Bodrugan has a purpose built Retreat Centre in the Stables Studio with ensuite bedrooms and a lovely open communal space. A working farm with countryside and coastal walks on the doorstep.

Prices:
Includes; ensuite accommodation, all workshops, led activities, a one to one therapy session and all meals.
Book by the end of February 2025 £900 per person.
Book during March 2025 £1000 per person.
Book during April 2025 £1100 per person
Book during May/June £1200 per person.
There is limited sharing accommodation in one twin room and three doubles, we can offer a per person discount for these. All other rooms have single beds. All rooms are ensuite.
A non returnable deposit of £150 is required to secure your booking.
Alex Williams - The Holistic Mermaid: With over 25 years of experience, Alex is an Holistic Therapist specialising in one-to-one therapies, Mindfulness, and Reiki development. Passionate about living mindfully, she leads Mindfulness for Life courses, helping others cultivate health, happiness, and presence. Her journey began after a severe back injury and personal loss in midlife, leading her to discover the transformative power of mindfulness. Now in her 60s, living pain-free and full of energy, she is dedicated to sharing her wisdom, offering guidance on how mindfulness can enhance wellbeing and bring greater peace and creativity to daily life.
As co-founder of Greater Life, a collaborative venture set up in association with Falmouth University, Mike Turner is on a mission to help people in midlife live longer, happier, healthier lives and equip them with the resources to do so. Mike believes life after 50 should be bold and adventurous and sees experienced individuals as problem solvers and innovators, essential in a world facing financial and moral crises. Rejecting the idea of slowing down, Mike champions those who embrace challenges and refuse to conform to aging stereotypes and inspires others to find fulfillment in every area of their lives. Life’s too short not to do something that matters. Our greatest adventures are still ahead.
Hatty - In Touch Therapies: Inspired by motherhood, Hatty deepened her journey into Vinyasa Yoga, blending her expertise in body movement, yoga philosophy, breathwork, and flow to create inclusive and mindful classes. She integrates her love of movement with a deep understanding of yoga philosophy and breathwork, ensuring her sessions are well-rounded and accessible to all. Committed to continuous growth, Hatty challenges herself as a teacher, always striving for excellence while expanding her knowledge and skills. Her nurturing and dynamic approach allows students to connect deeply with their bodies, fostering both strength and inner peace through movement and mindfulness.
