A Cornish Retreat for Mindful Living and Expression 6th to 9th June 2025
A Mindful & Creative Retreat on Cornwall’s Stunning South Coast. Nestled in the tranquil surroundings of Bodrugan Barton in Portmellon, near Mevagissey in mid Cornwall, this retreat offers a nourishing blend of mindfulness, creativity, and self-discovery by the sea.
The Location
Bodrugan has a purpose built Retreat Centre in the Stables Studio with ensuite bedrooms and a lovely open communal space. A working farm with countryside and coastal walks on the doorstep.
Retreat Highlights:
Meditation & Sound Healing: Gong Bath and Mindfulness Meditation.
Shamanic Exploration: Journeying and Drum Meditation.
Creative Workshops: Creative Art and Poetry for focus and expression.
Nature Connections: A walk down to the coast and through a wooded valley to collect natural items to make an outdoor mandala.
One-to-One Therapies: Reiki, Reflexology, and Indian Head Massage.
Intuition & Mindfulness Tools: Oracle Cards, crystal dowsing, and mindfulness techniques.
Yoga: Vinyasa style with Hatty.
Free Time: Explore Portmellon and Mevagissey, visit the Lost Gardens of Heligan, walk, swim at one of two local beaches, or simply relax.

Prices:
Includes; ensuite accommodation, all workshops, led activities, a one to one therapy session and all meals.
Book by the end of February 2025 £600 per person.
Book during March 2025 £650 per person.
Book during April 2025 £700 per person
Book during May/June £800 per person.
There is limited sharing accommodation in one twin room and three doubles, we can offer a per person discount for these. All other rooms have single beds. All rooms are ensuite.
A non returnable deposit of £150 is required to secure your booking.

Pete the Poet: With over 30 years of experience as a Teacher and Head Teacher specialising in Drama and Art, Pete brings a unique blend of creativity, storytelling, and joyful expression to his workshops. Working with children and adults of all ages, he helps unlock hidden artistic and poetic talents, fostering self-expression and personal storytelling through watercolour painting and poetry. A talented musician and singer, Pete brings stories to life through performance, creating engaging and immersive experiences. With his warmth, humour, and passion, he inspires creativity, ensuring participants leave feeling uplifted, connected, and empowered through the power of art and words.
Hatty - In Touch Therapies: Inspired by motherhood, Hatty deepened her journey into Vinyasa Yoga, blending her expertise in body movement, yoga philosophy, breathwork, and flow to create inclusive and mindful classes. She integrates her love of movement with a deep understanding of yoga philosophy and breathwork, ensuring her sessions are well-rounded and accessible to all. Committed to continuous growth, Hatty challenges herself as a teacher, always striving for excellence while expanding her knowledge and skills. Her nurturing and dynamic approach allows students to connect deeply with their bodies, fostering both strength and inner peace through movement and mindfulness.
