Reiki II Course

This Reiki II course deepens your connection to Reiki energy by introducing powerful symbols and techniques from both Western and Advanced Japanese lineages. You will learn sacred symbols to enhance healing, strengthen intention, and practice distance healing across time and space. Training includes Western-style methods such as hands-on practice, mental-emotional healing techniques, and structured treatments, along with traditional Japanese techniques like Byosen scanning, Gyoshi-ho (healing with the eyes), and Koki-ho (healing with breath). Through guided practice, attunements, and meditative exercises, you will refine your intuition and develop a more profound ability to channel Reiki energy for yourself and others.

Two Level 2 attunements.
Reiki Symbols; explanation, how to use them and how to draw them.
Hatsurei Ho practice.
In person Reiki and distant practice, seated and on the couch.

Alex Williams
Alex has been dedicated to Reiki since first becoming attuned in 1998, immersing herself in both Western and Advanced Japanese techniques. Having trained with renowned Reiki Master Penelope Quest, she is a fully qualified Reiki Master in the Western Lineage and a Shinpiden in the Japanese Lineage.
As an experienced Reiki Trainer, she has guided many students through Reiki I, Reiki II, and Reiki Master levels, fostering their confidence and skills in this powerful healing practice. Alex is passionate about ongoing learning and community, regularly hosting a Reiki Share Group, welcoming practitioners of all levels to deepen their practice.
She takes great joy in supporting her students beyond their training, many of whom have gone on to establish their own successful Reiki practices in Cornwall and across the country.
