Using acupressure points on the feet Reflexology treats all the organs and systems of the body.
The therapist ‘walks’ the zones with their thumbs identifying areas of dis-ease and utilises their fingers and hands to work on the areas of discomfort resulting in a relaxing and deeply connective experience.

Drawn from Ayurvedic practices in India this is an upper body massage of the back, neck, head, face, arms and hands. You will be seated on a massage chair during the session and will be given towels for modesty purposes and privacy to change at the beginning and end of your appointment.

The Holistic Mermaid
The Holistic Mermaid was founded in 2007 by Alex Williams, an accomplished therapist, who first trained in Reiki in 1998 and has since gone on to study and practice both Western and Advanced Japanese techniques of this healing therapy. Alex has taught many students in Reiki I, Reiki II and Reiki Master levels and continues to run courses and hosts a regular Reiki Share Group at the Centre for those attuned at any level with all levels of experience. Continuing to support her students she is delighted to see several of them running their own practices in Cornwall and across the country.
